Freight Agent Job Experience Requirements:

* 3+ years experience in trucking operations, brokerage sales/service, and/or dispatching operations?
* An Established Active Customer and Carrier Account Base
* Ability to use computer-based brokerage software and electronic mail, and perform internet searches?
* Proven techniques for expanding the book of business and carrier base?
* Excellent communication skills?
* Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills?
