Independent Freight Agent Job Requirements:
- Must Have: Verifiable active shipper clients and a demonstrable track record of success.
- Must Possess: The ability to run your own independent freight agent office including servicing your shippers and carriers from dispatching to end of their loads. Excellent work ethic, quality service and ability to build long term shipper client relationships.
Work with a solid 3PL company that offers:
- Commission only, pay on performance with no caps on earning potential.
- Work out of your home or office anywhere within the US.
- Exceptional Tools & Support: Agents are provided, internet-based logistics software & load board subscriptions. We are your back office and support team with centralized invoicing and accounting functions, expedited carrier pay cycles, customer credit checks, collection negotiating and 24/7 administrative support.
