Coastal is looking for qualified Freight Broker Agents in select regional markets of the United States. Our broker agent positions are for independent at home office or office positions and are regionally based. Our brokers can be be anywhere in the hire region to work with Coastal.

The available positions are commission split compensation based with no caps on earnings. Coastal is interested in shipping, freight & truck broker applicants that bring to the table experience, excellent regional transportation and industry knowledge, industry contacts, current client shipping base, and established carrier relationships which are an essential part of being able to hit the ground running working as a independent freight broker agent within our shipping & logistics services team.

Applicants will also have the skill set to run a fully functional independent office which includes sales, dispatching loads, trouble shooting, and all necessary paperwork involved and foremost excellent customer service.
